Quetzal Shipping and Trading Company have the opportunity to present three exclusive lectures in Scotland for February 2014
The Tall Ship Glasgow being the first to announce
Did you know that 16 of the worlds largest ships chuff’s out the same emissions as all the cars in the world put together?
These are the very words of Capt Jorne Langelaan of Fairtransport Holland
who has enthusiastically asked us to set up these lectures in preparation for the arrival of Fairtransport’s traditional sailing Brigantine The Tres Hombres due into Edinburgh mid September 2014,
This would mark a historic event being the first cargo-sail ship to enter Scotland in nearly a century.
Fairtransport has been operating a regular line shipping service from Europe to the Atlantic Islands, Central and South America, for the last four years moving shipments of Rum and Chocolate all moved emission free as the Tres Hombres ship is exact to its original past having no engine.
Quetzal Shipping and Trading are to act as sail-ship agents of Fairtransport in Scotland and other such operators and according to Fairtransport it looks like a Norwegian sail-cargo vessel is to set up a regular line serve from Stavanger Norway to Edinburgh Scotland.
So come and join us at one of these events, connect via the facebook page of QuetzalFacebook for more info.
